HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT?
Our time together is about finding your answers because what is right for you is not right for someone else. I am not here to tell you what to do and there is no one size fits all answer. Coaching looks to find what is already within you. It’s about giving you options to make informed steps toward the goals you want. This is your journey to make and I’m here to help clear the path so each step is considered rather than hacking blindly through the jungle.
What if I change and its wrong?
What if you don’t change and things stay exactly the same? We all fear change on some level and that is understandable. You are looking to coaching for a reason and that will likely be because you aren’t satisfied with where you are now. I’m not here to push you into something you don’t want to try, coaching is here to support you making an informed and conscious choice to step forward. Together we make a series of steps toward your goals – there is no leaping into the unknown. We don’t know what will work unless we try. Together we manage the risk and find out what is best for you right here right now.
Can I change career now or is it too late?
We make changes in our lives all the time. Some are big and take time and others we make without giving much thought to it. For us it is finding out why you want to make the change. What are your goals and how do you want life to change by making this change in your career?
Coaching will support you to think through what it is you are aiming for, and the steps needed to get there. We look for the dreams and then work through the realities to see if its right for you right now.
