Leaning into our strengths through a Strengths Profile is a great tool to support us move forward.

Why then is it often so hard for us to see and acknowledge what they are?

I’ve looked long and hard for a tool that will help me help my clients to uncover and use their strengths. I wanted one that wasn’t about labelling us as good and bad and not a set and forget approach.

I wanted a profiling tool that could support you understand why some of the things you do, even when you are really good at them, leave you feeling flat and even close to burn out.

I’m pretty excited then to be able to share that I am now offering the Strengths Profile as part of my services.

It gives you 60 strengths to work with. It shows those you find energising, those that drain you and those you aren’t leaning into enough. Yes all this helps understand the sort of roles you could be going for. But best of all it helps you understand you more. How you can approach things to get the best success for you.

The profile has been taken by 70,000+ people around the world and is unique and distinct from traditional one-dimensional strengths tests, Strengths Profile assesses 60 strengths across three dimensions of energy, performance and use.

Your report pinpoints a dynamic set of realised strengths, weaknesses, learned (or de-energising) behaviours and unrealised strengths. This provides a positive platform for development, enabling you to design strategies to get the most from your strengths.
